RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ELECTRICITY END USE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

The global thrust towards reduction of carbon emissions and subsequently promotion of use of sustainable energy sources detects that ZENT pursues renewable energy projects. Solar panels and accessories manufacture has been identified as a critical element of this thrust. There is currently no Solar panels manufacturing plant in Zimbabwe. As Solar panels become readily available to offer off-grid energy solutions   to small scale farmers and other individual household units, the manufacture of solar centre and linear pivots, irrigation pumps and electric motors will enhance establishment of small scale irrigation systems.  ZENT is currently pursuing setting a plant for the manufacture and assembly of parabolic solar collectors.
